Enroll

Families new to Jeffco Public Schools should start by going to Jeffco’s Enroll page and clicking on EnrollJeffco. Enter your email and follow the instructions.

When using EnrollJeffco, the below documents will need to be uploaded:

• Birth certificate or passport
• Immunization record
• Proof of residence (lease agreement, warranty deed, or utility bill)
• Copy of 504 Plan or IEP, if student was previously enrolled in special education classes (if applicable)

Once accepted by Columbine, the following documents will need to be submitted to the Columbine registrar, Mrs. Linda Green:

• Copy of behavior or discipline report and attendance records
• School report card or transcript of grades and credits
• Any court orders, legal documents, guardianship papers, etc.

Returning students should already have an account in EnrollJeffco (do not create a new account).

Families who have forgotten or don’t know their account information can visit the Personal Account Manager to recover username, password or both. Review this JeffcoHelp Article about EnrollJeffco and Campus Parent Portal account management.

1. Update address and contact information in Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
2. Make school selections in EnrollJeffco.
3. Once the application has been processed by Jeffco, Columbine will contact families via email for the required documents and registration information for class selections for the following school year.

Current Ken Caryl Middle School eighth-graders who reside within the Columbine High School attendance area will be automatically enrolled at CHS.

Students will receive class registration materials at KCMS in January.

KCMS students who live outside the CHS attendance area and would like to attend Columbine can log in to EnrollJeffco and choice-enroll. Upon acceptance, families will be contacted to complete class registration.

All incoming ninth-graders who currently attend a middle school other than Ken Caryl must take a math placement test at Columbine. The test will last approximately 30 to 60 minutes. No pre-registration is required.

Testing will begin at 4pm on the following dates:    

• March 10
• March 17th
• April 8th
• April 15th
